Teachers observe best practices and are observed by other teachers in the same and other schools. The Project is set up by the local government and each school can observe and be observed by up to 5 other schools. This was first set up during the pandemic when classes were all online and an observer was perhaps less ‘intrusive’ and observation was probably easier to organise logistically.
There appears to be a lack of opportunity for feedback or dialogue after the event, which would make this an even more interesting best practice.
The existing documentation refers only to logistic and legal aspects, rather than academic.
